In this materialistic era, where everyone is so attached to electronic devices, we are cognizant that if a system has so many junk files, and unnecessary background tasks running, can't perform well... We can't find the actual processing power that it is intended to offer... So, each of us takes care of such things... Good performance is ever preferred...
When it comes to mind, pre-installed software, we really don't care for such things... There are so many untold stories (junk files), ever haunting... They become traumatic episodes (unnecessary background tasks).. automatically replayed... & Mind can't process properly... We suffer from insomnia, migraine, & a lot more physical diseases... Well actually, depression, anxieties...
We spend so much of our time & money on physical health, why do we forget to take care of our mental health? It is as important as physical health. Maybe even more. Good mental health can save you from so many physical diseases.
In short, pour your heart out when you feel like it, do journaling, try art therapy, & must try meditation & mindfulness... Peace of mind is a luxury that you must aim for. It should be your first & prior target to achieve... Love & peace to everyone...
